The purpose of this regulation is to establish the requirements and protocols to register in the National Certification System for Organic Agricultural Products and to regulate other aspects that are necessary for the proper operation of said system, in accordance with Act No. 20089. The provisions of this regulation shall apply to the certification instances, whether these are certification bodies or organizations of ecological farmers, and to operators operating in the field of organic agriculture.
